Installing the measuring system
Corona process
Note
For optimal use of the Corona process, we recommend installing the
measuring system so that the sample material is transported past the
distance sensor first and then past the measuring window.

Screw the mounting device

using four screws (M8)

onto the
customer-installed mechanical interface

Loosen both clamping screws

on the location holes

device.

Insert the
Corona process
with the carrying handle

in the location holes

of the mounting device. At the same time, note the transport direction of
the sample material (see note).

Align the
Corona process
properly to the measurement object.

Tighten both clamping screws

securely.
