Care and cleaning
Measuring table
The contact surfaces of the workpiece or the clamping device and the
measuring table must be clean. Any particles beneath the contact sur-
face may lead to inaccurate measurements. Moreover, the surfaces of
the measuring table and of the workpiece may be damaged.
CAUTION
Risk of injury when a workpiece falls down due to an oily sub-
stance.
Crushing of feet and abrasions on legs.

There must be no lubricating film on the measuring table and the
workpiece.

Remove any greasy or oily substances from the measuring table and
the workpiece.
1. Remove large particles with a vacuum cleaner.
2. Then clean the measuring table with a mild cleaning agent.
NOTE
Make sure that no cleaning agent residues remain on the measuring ta-
ble.
