Follow the steps below:
When in place, the smart cartridge tag is automatically read by zim.
You may be asked to validate the information provided by the cartridge (type, color, temperature, length) and
to modify it if you wish (depends on the type of cartridge you are using).
Example below :
After this page, press “load filament button”. The filament will load and prime (first extrusion). This process
will take few minutes for each cartridge as time is needed to load the filament to the printing head and to
heat up the nozzle for priming. After the priming remove the extruded little piece of filament from the
printing platform. Be careful and NEVER touch the nozzles with your hands. Keep children away from the
printing head area while loading, unloading, priming and printing phases.
Repeat above steps for the right cartridge.
