5. CONNECTING YOUR ZIM
Requirements :
The setting up of zim requires a PC or a MAC with Wi-‐Fi connectivity.
Before connecting your zim for the first time to your Wireless network, make sure you have your Wi-‐Fi network
password with you.
1. Press the power button of your zim. It will turn green. Wait for 45 seconds until the green light of the button
flashes once.
2. On your device (PC or MAC) go to the Wi-‐Fi networks list and select the network starting with
“zim_initialization”.
Once connected launch your web browser and type in the address bar: “http://10.0.0.1”
3. Click on the name of the Wi-‐Fi network on which you want zim to connect to, as shown below.
