PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW IN CASE
OF PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ZEDBED
ADJUSTABLE BED
Before contacting your retailer’s after-sales service
department, we suggest you do some checks that could
solve the problem with your adjustable bed :
THE HEAD AND/OR
FOOT SECTION(S)
DOES (DO) NOT WORK
ANYMORE
(CONTINUED)
» Listen carefully to the sound
of the motor. If the motor does
not make any sound, please
contact us.
» Make sure you keep the
remote control button pressed
for more than 5 seconds to
see the beginning of the
movement of the head or foot
section. There may be a delay
before the bed starts moving.
» To lower the head or foot
section, connect the back-up
battery, which is located under
the bed. Then, use the desired
function on your remote
control. This battery is good
for one use only.
THE TRANSFORMER
LIGHT DOES NOT
LIGHT UP
» Make sure the electrical
outlet works.
» Make sure all wires are
plugged.
THE METAL BAR
ACTIVATED BY THE
MOTOR IS DAMAGED
» The metal bar must be
replaced; please contact us.
A MOTOR PART
IS BROKEN
» The part must be replaced;
please contact us.
POWER OUTAGE
» To lower the head or foot
section, connect the back-up
battery, which is located under
the bed. Then, use the desired
function on your remote
control. This battery is good
for one use only.

» Make sure the batteries
are charged.
» Make sure the batteries
are installed correctly.
» Synchronize your remote
control and receiver.
» Make sure the electrical
outlet works.
THE HEAD AND/OR
FOOT SECTION(S)
DOES (DO) NOT WORK
ANYMORE
» Check that the remote
control works properly
(see the previous point).
» Make sure nothing is
obstructing the head and/or
foot section(s).
» Make sure your mattress is not
too close to the wall or your
headboard; it could be stuck.
