Creating a new LAN Connection
Select
New LAN
from the network wizard screen or
New LAN
from the
drop down menu. The New LAN screen appears.
LAN Settings using DHCP
1. Enter an name for the LAN setting.
2. Tap the DHCP check box. The system will
automatically scan and configure all set-
tings automatically.
3. Tap
OK
to confirm and save all settings.
LAN Settings without DHCP
1. Enter an name for the LAN setting.
2. Leave the DHCP check box unchecked.
3. Enter your IP address (ask your network
administrator for these details).
4. Enter your subnet mask settings.
5. Enter your gateway settings.
6. Enter your DNS server settings.
7. Tap
OK
to confirm and save all settings.
