Before cleaning always allow the
cooling fan to cool the oven down
before switching off at the
electricity supply
Cleaning materials
Before using any cleaning materials on your oven,
check that they are suitable and that their use is
recommended by the manufacturer.
Cleaners that contain bleach should NOT be used
as they may dull the surface finishes. Harsh
abrasives should also be avoided.
Glass Panel
This should be cleaned with a soft cloth soaked in
warm soapy water. Do not use abrasive scourers
or steel wool.
Oven Shelves
To clean the oven shelves, soak in warm soapy
water and remove stubborn marks with a well
wetted soap impregnated pad. Rinse well and dry
with a soft cloth.
Oven Cavity
The enamelled oven cavity is best cleaned whilst
the oven is still warm. It is advisable to wipe the
oven over with a soft cloth soaked in warm soapy
water after each use. However, from time to time
it will be necessary to do a more thorough
cleaning, using a proprietary oven cleaner.

replacing the oven light, be sure to disconnect
