• Place cup towards edge of turntable.
Boiled and jacket

0.2 - 1.0 kg (100 g)
Bowl and lid
Boiled potatoes: Peel the potatoes and cut them into similar
sized pieces.
Jacket potatoes: Choose potatoes of similar size and wash them.
• Put the boiled or jacket potatoes into a bowl.
• Add the required amount of water, approx. 2 tbsp per 100 g
and a little salt.
• Cover with lid.
• When the audible bell sounds, stir and re-cover.
• After cooking, stand for approx. 2 min.
Frozen vegetables 0.1 - 0.8 kg (100 g)
Bowl and lid
• Add 1 tbsp of water per 100 g and salt as desired (for
mushrooms no additional water is necessary).
• Cover with lid.
• When the audible bell sounds, stir and re-cover.
• After cooking, stand approx. 2 min.
Important: If frozen vegetables are compacted together, cook
manually.
Fresh vegetables 0.1 - 0.8 kg (100 g)

• Cut into small pieces (e.g. strips, cubes or slices).
• Add 1 tbsp water per 100 g and salt as desired (for
mushrooms no additional water is necessary).
• Cover with lid.
• When the audible bell sounds, stir and re-cover.
• After cooking, stand for approx. 2 min.

• Transfer meal to suitable microwave-proof dish.
• Add some liquid if recommended by the manufacturer.
• Cover with lid.
• Cook without cover if manufacturer instructs.
• When the audible bell sounds, stir and re-cover.
• After cooking, stir and stand for approx. 2 min.
Fish fillet with sauce 0.5 kg - 1.5 kg* (100 g)
