smoother playback.
For FILE mode, “No Latency Control” is
recommended.
“Lowest Latency” mode does not support B
-frames (I+P only).

When Latency Mode is set to “Set Max Latency”, the “Max
Latency (ms)” parameter controls the max video latency.

The default UDP mode is appropriate for LAN transmission,
offering the lowest possible latency.
TCP mode may be useful when passing through firewalls using
TCP port forwarding.
HTTP mode can also be used for passing through firewalls. You
should specify the port in the rtsp:// URL, for example:
rtsp://my_ip:80/z3-1mp4
