12. POSITIONING THE GREASE DRAIN PAN
1. Insert Bolt (H) through Spring Washer (O), Air Door (17), Grease Drain Pan (18), Gasket
(N), Nut (I) orderly. Lock with Screwdriver (R) and Wrench (L). As shown.
2. Clip the Grease Drain Pan Left Support (9) into the mounting hole of the Grease Drain
Pan (18).
NOTE:
This Air Door is used to open or close “Direct” flame searing. It allows for “Direct
Flame” cooking and temperatures as high as 1000
℉
