2.Take Left & Right Front Legs (36)(41) and use the Bolts (A) to assemble the Front Plate
(39) through the holes, as shown.
Take Left & Right Legs (35)(36)(41)(42) and use the Bolts (A) to assemble the Side Plates
(38) through the holes, as shown.
3.Push the Axle (B) through the wheel (40), Gasket (E) and then through the hole in the leg
(41) as shown. The Gasket (E), Cap Nut (I) are used to secure the wheel assembly in place.
Use Wrench (D)(G)to tighten them. Repeat for the other wheel. Install the wheels (with brake)
(37) into the screw holes. Tighten with wrench (D).
