Assembly Instructions
Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION section at the beginning of this document including all
text under subheadings therein before set up or use of this product.
1. Lay out all pieces and assemble
Storage Rack from bottom up.
a. Insert one Foot (4) into each of the four corners of the
bottom Shelf (1):
Place the Shelf on the floor with bottom facing up.
Insert Foot by placing a block of wood (not provided)
over it and using a mallet (sold separately) to tap the
Foot until seated all the way in. Repeat for each Foot.

b. Insert one Pole (2) into each of the four corners of a
Shelf (1):
Place the Shelf top on the floor with bottom facing
up. Insert Pole into corner by placing a block of wood
over the end of the Pole and using a mallet to tap it
until seated all the way in. Repeat for each corner.

c. Connect Shelf assemblies together until the desired
height is achieved:
Place the bottom Shelf on the floor with top facing up.
Place a Shelf with Poles on top and insert each of its
Poles into the four corners of the Shelf below it. Place
a block of wood over the corner of the Shelf and use
a mallet to tap each Pole until seated all the way in.
Repeat for each corner.
Repeat for the next Shelf. Each Shelf must have each
Pole tapped all the way in before adding another Shelf.

2. Check that each Shelf is secure and level.
3. Insert one Top Cap (3) into each of the four
corners at the top of the Storage Rack.

WARNING! TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY: Mount to wall
to reduce risk of tipping and allow maximum capacity.
4. Place Storage Rack on a hard, level, flat, surface capable
of supporting the weight of the product and its contents.
5. Push the base of the Storage Rack
all the way against the wall.
6. Attach the top of the two columns to the wall
using the two Mount Brackets (5).
a. Use a Wall Mount Bracket (5) as a
template to mark hole locations.

WARNING! TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY FROM
ELECRIC SHOCK: Verify the installation surface has no
hidden utility lines before drilling or driving screws.
b. Drill a pilot hole for the screw listed below into the stud.
c. Attach Storage Rack to the wall using the
two Wall Mount Brackets and hardware.
Attach each Wall Mount Bracket with:
• One
0.185 inch diameter screw
into a stud, and
• One
0.185 inch diameter screw using an anchor
through drywall. (Hardware sold separately).
7.
Check that the Storage Rack is secure and flush
against the wall, with all four feet flat on the floor.
8. Remove the backing paper and apply the warning label
firmly to a flat surface on the shelf closest to eye level.
9. Do not exceed 150 lb weight capacity of each
Shelf.
Be aware of dynamic loading!
Suddenly
dropping load on Shelf may briefly create
excess load causing product failure.
a. Distribute weight evenly from bottom up.
b. Store heaviest items on lowest Shelves.
c. Do not use top level as a Shelf.
d. For every 5 degrees above 95°F, weight
capacity decreases by 10%.

Do not place any objects or load on top Shelf.
