Sliding and Skidding
Skidding or sliding improperly can be a Potential Hazard
You may lose control of the vehicle or you may also regain traction unexpectedly, which may
cause the vehicle to overturn.
To avoid the hazard Learn to safely control skidding or sliding by practicing at low speeds and on
level, smooth terrain. On extremely slippery surfaces, such as ice, go slowly and be very
cautious in order to reduce the chance of skidding or sliding out of control.
Limited Warranty
Yukon Trail Inc. hereby warrants that new Yukon Trail electric vehicles purchased from an authorized Yukon Trail dealer in
the continental United States will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of time stated here in,
subject to certain stated limitations. Yukon Trail Inc. is not responsible for any abuse, negligence, vandalism or acts of
nature.
The Period of Warranty
Yukon Trail 4x4 electric vehicles purchased by consumers shall have a warranty period of one year from the date of
purchase. This one-year limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred to subsequent
purchasers. Vehicles used for commercial purposes also carry a one-year warranty.
During the Period of Warranty
Any Yukon Trail dealer will, free of charge, repair or replace, at Yukon Trail’s option, any part adjudged defective by
Yukon Trail electric Vehicle Co.,Ltd. during the warranty period due to faulty workmanship or material from the factory.
Parts used in warranty repairs will be warranted for the balance of the vehicle’s warranty period. All parts replaced
under warranty become property of Yukon Trail Inc.
General Exclusions
Exclusions from this warranty shall include any failures caused by:
a.
Competition or racing use.
b.
Installation of parts or accessories that are not OEM genuine Yukon Trail parts.
