Step# 14
1) Loosen the knob on the handle by turning it counterclockwise.
2) Slide umbrella handle upward until it is full extended and stops.
3) Tighten the knob on the handle clockwise.

Crank handle (shown in figure below) must be in the up position (top of the pole) prior
to opening the umbrella. Slowly turn the crank clockwise to open the umbrella
