2) Place the 4236 pad onto U8.
3) Place Z1891 HS on top of U8.

4) Secure with two 9441 screws. Tighten to 8 inch lbs.
1) Remove the kapton tape from the two spacers.
Add soldermask dots to the two threaded spacers.
