Input dealer info.
When the installer selects ENTER from any of the BRAND NAME, MODEL
NUMBER, SERIAL NUMBER, CONTRACTOR NAME, and CONTRACTOR PHONE
screens, the main INPUT DEALER INFO screen is shown. In order to save the
dealer information in the permanent memory, the installer shall select SAVE
from the main INPUT DEALER INFO screen and hit ENTER. The following
screen is shown summarizing the information the installer has inserted in the
previous screens.
