ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Ask someone to help you remove all the parts of your YORK Mag. Air R700 Rower from
the carton and place them on the floor carefully.

FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND IT WILL MAKE IT EASIER FOR YOU
TO ASSEMBLE YOUR R700 ROWER.

SEAT CARRIAGE
With one hand, hold the front post & handle
bar package, with the other use scissors to
cut off the cable ties fixed on the seat carriage
as shown.
