Using Workout Programs

When you turn the cycle on it will enter the 

main display mode, awaiting you to select a 

program and begin your workout.  

Manual

In manual mode, the user is free to adjust the 

resistance level at any point throughout the 

workout. 

1.  From the main display select  ‘pgm’ with 

‘set’  button

2.  Press ‘set’ button to select

3.  Press ‘+’ or ‘-’ button to choose ‘po’ program

4.  Press ‘set’ button to confirm your selection

5.  The time mode value of 00:00 will be 

flashing on display.

6.  Press ‘+’ and ‘-’ buttons to set your workout 

time (01:00 ~ 99:00)

7.  Press ‘set’ button to confirm

8.  Start pedalling to begin your workout

Program

There are 6 pre-set programs available for you 

to choose from.  The resistance level adjusts 

automatically throughout the program. 

1.  From the main display select ‘pgm’ with 

‘set’  button

2.  Press ‘set’ button to select

3.  Press ‘+’ or ‘-’ button to choose your 

program (P1 to P6)

4.  Press ‘set’ button to confirm your selection

5.  Press ‘+’ or ‘-’ button to set your resistance 

level (L1 ~ L8)

6.  Press ‘set’ button to confirm

7.  The time mode value of 00:00 will be 

flashing on display

8.  Press ‘+’ and ‘-” buttons to set you workout 

time (20:00 ~ 99:00)

10. Start pedalling to begin your workout.

NOTE:   Each program is made up of 10 seg-

ments and the length of each segment will 

depend on the time you set for your workout.  

the  default is 20 minutes, so 2 minutes per 

segment.
