Attach the
FREE WEIGHT DISC POST
(10) to
the
FREE WEIGHT CARRIAGE
(8) and secure by
using
CARRIAGE BOLT
(13),
CURVE WASHER
(14)
and
CAP NUT
(15).
Fit one
SPRING COLLAR
(12) to each side of
the
FREE WEIGHT DISC POST
(10)
by squeezing the two rubber pads together
and sliding over to end of post.
Once assembled fit the
REDUCER CAP
(9) onto the
FREE WEIGHT CARRIAGE
(8) then slot whole assembly
onto bottom of
FREE WEIGHT CARRIAGE
SUPPORT
(1) and connect the assembly to small end
of the
PULLING CABLE
(18) with
SNAP HOOK
(17).
