Key Function: 

KEYS

FUNCTIONS

UP / DOWN

Increase / decrease the resistance during exercise mode or increase / 
decrease the value of selection during setup.

ENTER

Confirm selection.

START / STOP

To start and stop a workout program.

RESET

The user may press “RESET” button to reset each function or hold on for 
2 seconds to reset all functions.

RECOVERY

Press the key to activate heart rate recovery function.

DISPLAY

DESCRIPTION

TIME

Without a preset target, it will display the time exercised during your 
workout. In target mode, it will display the value left to your preset target.

TIME/500M

Display the time needed to row 500 meters according to current speed.

DISTANCE

Without a preset target, it will display the distance traveled during your 
workout. In target mode, it will display the value left to your preset target.

CALORIES

Without a preset target, it will display the calories burned during your 
workout. In target mode, it will display the value left to your preset target.

STROKES

Display the value left to your preset target.

TOTAL STROKES

Display the accumulates stroke of your workout.

PULSE

Displays your pulse rate in beats per minute during your workout. 
NOTE: You need to wear a chest strap for this function to work.

RECOVERY

Press the “RECOVERY” key, time starts counting from 00:60 - 00:59 - - 
to 00:00. As soon as 00:00 is reached, the computer will show your heart 
rate recovery status with the grade F1.0 to F6.0. 
NOTE: You need to wear a chest strap for this function to work.

TEMPERATURE

Displays the current room temperature

CALENDAR

Displays the current date

CLOCK

Displays the current time
