When using wire brush

Cautions before use
●
Confirm carefully if the wire brush has the rust, balance
abnormality, breakage, inconsistency and so on. If any
abnormality is admitted, do not use it. There is a danger
of flying in pieces or breakage of the tool.
●
Confirm the Max RPM of the tool and if it exceeds the
Max usable RPM for wire brush, do not use the tool.
Please ask for the speed adjustment of the tool to us or
our authorized (designated) service factory.
●
Before operation, install the wire brush and make a trial
run of the tool for one minute, to confirm if there is no
abnormal vibration, center deflection etc., in the tool's
operation.
●
When using again the same wire brush once used,
confirm before use, if there is no abnormality of the wire
brush, after removing the foreign particles attached on the
surface of wire brush.
●
For the use of special brush, please ask us or our autho-
rized (designated) service factory in details.
●
The wire brush has the quality degradation by the high
temperature, high humidity, acids, vapor etc., which may
cause the unexpected accidents. So, please be careful
not to keep it under such conditions.

Caution during operation
●
Do not wear cotton work gloves or other knitting gloves
during the operation, as it may cause serious danger of
your wrist rolling into the wire brush. Please use leather
gloves.
●
To install the wire brush, the proper fixtures such as flang-
es, bolts and nuts etc., which are originally equipped with
the tools must be used. Modification on the fixtures or the
usage of collar-bushing etc., is prohibited to install the
wire brush which does not fit in size.
