This method is useful to restore all the logical names and calibrations parameters, uploaded files etc. of
a device from a backup. Remember to call the
saveToFlash() method of the module if the
modifications must be kept.
Parameters :
settings a binary buffer with all the settings.
Returns :
YAPI_SUCCESS
when the call succeeds.
On failure, throws an exception or returns a negative error code.
