Do not attempt to repair YG Acoustics™ Rack yourself.
Service Information
In the unlikely event that your YG Acoustics™ component requires service, contact your
YG Acoustics™ dealer for immediate assistance. They will determine if it can be
serviced locally or requires shipment to our factory.
Important: If factory service is required, please notify us before sending the
product for repair. In order to obtain the unit back quickly, provide us with
information about the problem experienced, especially if it is intermittent. Be sure
to pack each unit to be returned in its original packaging to prevent possible
damage during the shipping process.
