Insert the barrel and fabric into the head box. If it is spring controlled, go to 

point 5 - 6 and then to point 11. If the blind is side winder controlled, go to 

point 7- 9 and then to point 11. If the blind is crank controlled, go to point 9 

and then to point 16. If it is electrically controlled, go to point 10 and refer to 

motor instructions for setting limit stops.

Insert/click the blind on to the back bar into the head box. The spring must 

be on the right-hand side unless fabric is reverse rolled.

The spring would have been tensioned during the manufacturing process 

but the tension can be increased or decreased if required. If the fabric does 

not wind up completely when the blind is operated, greater spring tension 

can be applied as follows:

  a) The spring would have been tensioned during the manufacturing process

  b) Remove the blind and back bar from the head box.
  c) Use a flat head screwdriver through the hole in the bracket at the spring  

  end to either increase or decrease the tension as desired. 

  d) Insert/click the barrel and fabric back into the head box.
  e) Attach the pull cord onto the bottom bar.

Fix the chain guide into position by threading the chain through the chain 

guide. Ensure that the chain is not twisted.

Re attach the chain guide using the screws provided.

Insert the barrel and fabric into the head box.

Drill an exit hole for the electric cable and insert the fabric and barrel into 

the head box, making sure the supply cable is carefully threaded through.

If side guiding is required, please follow the instructions overleaf. If not 

required then click the cover back in place and secure using the 2 safety 

screws previously removed.

Check the blind operates correctly.
