Option 3 - Advanced Options
Press 3 for Advanced Options

 - 

advanced options change depending upon your position 

within the voicemail system.  For example, if you are listening to a new message the 
advanced options will allow you to further manipulate the message.

• Press 5 - to leave a message for another user
• Press * to return to the main menu

 

Option 0 - Mailbox Management (Outgoing messages, password, etc.)
Press 0 for mailbox management options

• Press 1 - Record your unavailable message - This message will let people know you 

are unavailable and is typically the message you will use in the system.  

• Press 2 - Record your busy message
• Press 3 - Record your name
• Press 4 - Record or manage your temporary message - record and then press # key - 

if you set a temporary greeting it will override your unavailable message

.  After you 

have set a temporary message the system will allow you to delete, or change it by 
returning to this option.

• Press 5 - To change your password
• Press * - Return to the main menu

Note

: Pressing # - within a submenu, while you are navigating the submenu, will take you 

back to the top of that

 menu.  

Once the 

menu 

options complete, pressing the # key will 

exit the system.

network administrator. If you encounter options within this guide that are slightly different
