When opening the inverter cover, both cover support arms must be fully engaged to secure
the cover in the open position. An unsecured cover could swing down and injure nearby
personnel.
When replacing the cover, all 5 latches must be secured to maintain the enclosure rating.
This prevents water from entering the enclosure that could potentially damage the
equipment. Damage due to water intrusion is not covered under warranty.
With the cover opened and secured, the inverter is ready for wiring as shown in Figure 3-8.
