Connect the included ground wire during installation. The ground wire is not necessary for installation on
GA700, GA800, CR700, and CH700 drives. For GA500, connect the included ground wire to the separately
sold communication option case (model: JOHB-GA50).

Communication Connector

The communication modular connector CN1 on the option is a modular dual RJ45 female
connector designated port 1 and port 2. Port 1 and port 2 are the connection points for a
customer-supplied male Modbus TCP/IP network communication cable.
