• Do not change any wiring while power is being supplied.

• Before you replace the product, back up the settings of the product
parameters. Copy the backed up parameter settings to the new prod-
uct and confirm that they were copied correctly.
If you do not copy backed up parameter settings or if the copy operation
is not completed correctly, normal operation may not be possible, possi-
bly resulting in machine or equipment damage.
• Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the product.
There is a risk of electric shock, injury, or device damage.
NOTICE
• Discharge all static electricity from your body before you operate any
of the buttons or switches on the product.
There is a risk of equipment damage.
WARNING
• The product may suddenly restart when the power supply is recovered
after a momentary power interruption. Design the machine to ensure
human safety when operation restarts.
