TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem Possible Cause(s) Corrective Action
1. The battery is not charged. 1. Charge the battery.
2. The switch is defective.
2. Replace the switch (call the toll-

3. The battery is not attached to the
motor wire.
3. Check the connection between
the motor connector and the battery.
4. The safety key is not installed. 4. Insert the safety key.
1. The lawn is rough or uneven. 1. Check the mowing area.
2. The cutting height is not set properly. 2. Move the wheels to a higher
setting.
1. Wet grass clippings are sticking to the
underside of the deck.

1. The grass is too tall, or the cutting
height is too low.
