ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Use a standard 120 V (±10%) 60 Hz (±1 Hz) AC only electrical supply that has under-
voltage, over-voltage, and over-current protection devices as well as a residual current
device (RCD) with a maximum residual current rated at 0.03 A for the log splitter.

WARNING! To reduce the risk of electric shock, this equipment has a
grounding type plug that has a third (grounding) pin. This plug will only
fit into a grounding type outlet. If the plug does not fit into the outlet,
please contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet.
Do not modify the plug or remove the grounding pin.
WARNING! Keep the extension cord clear of the working area. Route
the cord away from foot traffic so that it will not be tripped over or get
caught in lumber, tools, or other obstructions. Failure to do so can
result in serious physical injuries.
CAUTION! To avoid possible electric shock, switch off the power supply
at the main fuse or circuit breaker box before assembling, servicing, or
cleaning the log splitter.
CAUTION! Check and make sure that the log splitter is disconnected
from the power supply before installing the Dual wedge wedge.
WARNING! Always check all cords before each use. Never use a
damaged cord in order to avoid electrical shock resulting in serious
injury. Replace damaged cords before operating the log splitter.
120V
• If an extension cord is needed, use only a 3-wire
extension cord that has a 3-prong grounded
plug. The cord must be plugged into a matching
outlet that has 3 poles in the receptacle.
The extension cord must be no longer than
32.5' (10 m), have a cross-section of no less
than 1/8" (2.5 mm), and a wire size (A.W.G.) of
12. When working with the log splitter outdoors,
use only extension cords that are clearly marked
for outdoor use.

1. ASSEMBLING THE WHEELS
• Install the wheel onto the axle with the front
side of the wheel facing outward.
• Push the hitch pin through the hole in the
axle until it locks.
• Place the wheel cover in the centre where
the axle protrudes from the wheel and push
to lock the wheel cover in place.
2. INSTALLING THE DUAL WEDGE WEDGE
• Remove the 4 sets of bolts and nuts from
the log pusher using a #6 Hex wrench for
the bolts and a 7/16 box end wrench for the
nuts. Set aside for later use.
• Remove the log pusher.
• Place the Dual wedge wedge in the welded
log pusher connection.
• Align the holes of the wedge to the holes on
the connection.
• Insert all the previously removed bolts and
nuts into the holes.
• Ensure that the wedge is in correct
position and then proceed to tighten all
bolts and nuts using the wrenches.
