Troubleshooting
The following table gives checks and actions that you can perform if your machine does not
operate correctly. If these do not identify/remedy the problem, contact your service agent at
1-866-523-5218.
WARNING: Switch off and remove the battery pack before
investigating fault.
Symptom

Pole saw fails to
operate.
Out of battery.
Fuse faulty.
Charge the battery pack.
Replace fuse.
Pole saw
operates
intermittently.
Over-heating.
Applying too much pressure
while cutting
Poor connection between the
upper shaft and lower shaft.
Loose connection.
Internal wiring defective.
On/Off switch defective.
Place the machine in a cool, ventilated
place to cool it down.
Applying relatively less pressure while
cutting.
Reassemble the upper shaft and lower
shaft according to the description in
ASSEMBLY section.
