Switching ON/OFF
As shown in Fig 6
NOTE:
Hold the hedge trimmer away from yourself using both hands. Stand in a
secure and stable position.
To switch on
Pull up the On/Off Switch on the underside of the rear handle and, with your other hand,
push on the Front Handle Switch at the same time.
To switch off
Release either on/off switch or front handle switch.
NOTE:
The blade brake makes the blades stop almost immediately, within one
second.
Cutting
NOTE:
During cutting work, ensure that no contact is made with objects, such as
wire fencing or main plant stems. This may result in damage to the cutter bar.
NOTE:
Switch off the equipment immediately in the event that the blades are
blocked by solid objects, then remove the object
.
NOTE:
Avoid overstraining the equipment during work.
1. Firmly hold the hedge trimmer using both hands, and keep it away from yourself.
Stand in a secure and stable position.
2. Switch on the unit
3. Move forwards gradually in a smooth action to ensure even cut. This device equip
with two-sided blade, allows you cut in both direction, or swing it from side to side.
NOTE :
The appliance cuts branches of maximum thickness14 mm.

Cutting Tips
As shown in Fig 7 -8
1. To achieve the optimal performance, hold the hedge trimmer and keep the cutting
blade are at an angle of approx. 15° in relation to hedge.
2. Firstly trim the sides then the top of the hedge. This will prevent any of the trimmings
falling into the path of the area going to be cut.
3. To achieve an even cut on the sides cut from bottom to top along the line of nature
growth. Cutting from top to bottom causes small branches to splay, producing thin
patches or holes .
4. It is recommended to build a guide line along the hedge by using rope and sticks for
reference purpose. so that you can get an identical height of the hedge. cut off all
braches which protrude beyond the guide line.
5. Take care not to cut through objects like wires that might damage the blades or
motor.
