VII. After sales service notice
Dear users, welcome to use the electric sweeper produced by our company. In order
to protect your legal rights, improve the civil liability system for product quality, and
facilitate the fulfillment of the three guarantees obligations and responsibilities, please
keep the warranty card properly. With the warranty card and purchase invoice, you
can get three guarantees service to the sales unit.
1. Three guarantees strict principle
1. When you purchase the machine, you should check it on the spot and debug it
correctly. You have the right to ask the sales staff to provide the correct use method and
maintenance items, as well as the valid invoice, warranty card, repair unit, address and
contact number.
2. The user should operate correctly according to the product instruction. In case of
performance failure due to manufacturing quality, the company shall perform the
three guarantees obligations uniformly in accordance with the "product quality law
of the people's Republic of China", "the law of the people's Republic of China on the
protection of consumers' rights and interests" and "provisions on the responsibility for
the repair, replacement and delivery of some goods" of the state.

Free service during the three guarantees period
1. If the frame and other parts of the machine break naturally, they should be replaced
within one year.
2. If large pieces of paint layer are found to fall off, they shall be replaced within one
month (artificial damage and scratch are not included in this scope).
3. Electroplated parts shall be replaced within one month in case of blistering and falling
off.
4. If the electrical components of the whole machine fail and cannot be repaired, they
shall be replaced within six months (artificial damage is not included in this scope).
5. If the inner bearing of the motor is broken, the shell seat of the motor is cracked, and
the line group is damaged, it should be replaced within one year (the artificial damage is
not included in this scope)
6. The battery should be replaced or repaired within six months if it is found that the
shell of the battery is cracked, leaked, cracked, etc., and its capacity is less than 60%.
7. In principle, the rest of the items not covered, which affect riding due to parts
damage, shall be replaced within three months in principle, and after more than three
