Safety Precaution
Warning
Ground the unit.
●
If you do not ground the unit, the earth leakage circuit breaker would not work in case of
electric leakage. Be sure to connect the ground lead to prevent electric shock.
●
WA500 type needs 115V. Connect the ground lead securely to the switchboard.
●
WA570 or 710 type needs 220V power source with a single-phase. Connect the ground lead
securely to the switchboard/220V single-phase outlet.
●
WA730 type needs 220V with triple-phases. Connect the ground lead securely to the
switchboard/220V triple-phase outlet.
●
Ground the ground lead to the ground wire or terminal of the power source. The green core of
the power cable is the ground lead. Contact an electrician if you have no equipment for
grounding.
●
Never connect with gas or water pipe.
Use exclusively the switchboard and outlet.
Use a switchboard and outlet with adequate capacity. If you connect to those without enough
capacity, you would not take enough distilled water or control properly the unit due to decrease of
voltage from the power source. Connect the power code to the sufficient power source.

WA500 AC115V single-phase 33.5A
WA570 AC220V single-phase 18A
WA710 AC220V single-phase 35.5A
WA730 AC220V triple-phase 21A
Precaution for connecting the power cable.
●
Ask your seller or an electrician to connect the power cable for this unit. This connection
requires special knowledge and skill. Connection by unskilled person can cause a fire or
electric shock.
●
No power plug is attached to this unit. Select an adequate capacity plug and terminal according
to the power source to connects. Be sure that the breaker for the power source is turned off
prior to connecting the power cable. Carefully connect each color core at connecting the power
cable.
