OIL FILTER, WATER PUMP AND CRANKCASE COVER

Kick crank
1. Install:
• Kick starter
1
• Plain washer
• Bolt (kick starter)
NOTE:
Install so that there is a clearance
a
of 8mm
(0.31 in) or more between the kick starter and
frame and that the kick starter does not contact
the crankcase cover when it is pulled.

Apply the lithium soap base grease on the O-
ring.
