REMOVING THE BALANCER DRIVE GEAR 
AND BALANCER DRIVEN GEAR

1.Straighten the lock washer tabs.
2.Loosen:

AND BUFFER BOSS

CHECKING THE OIL PUMP DRIVEN GEAR

1.Check:

Oil pump driven gear

Cracks/wear/damage
