Oil pressure dropped. Place the snowmobile on a level surface, and then
check the oil pressure after warming up the
engine.
Refer to “ENGINE OIL REPLACEMENT”.
Check the engine oil level
Refer to “ENGINE OIL LEVEL INSPECTION” in
CHAPTER 2. Set the main
switch to “ON
→
OFF
→
ON” and
then check the
blinking of the
fault code.

Oil pressure switch or sensor installation
status Check for looseness or pinching.
Check that the switch and sensor are installed in
the specified position.

Defective oil pressure switch. Remove the coupler of the oil pressure switch and
then check the continuity using a tester while
idling.
Normal oil pressure
→
switch OFF
Low oil pressure
→
switch ON
The resistance value of the oil pressure switch is
not within the specified range.
→
Replace the oil
pressure switch.
4 ECU malfunction Replace the ECU.
Fault code No. 67 Symptom Oil pressure sensor: open or short circuit detected.

Oil pressure sensor coupler
Check the couplers for any pins that may have
pulled out.
Check the locking condition of the couplers.
If there is a malfunction, repair/replace it and con-
nect the coupler securely. Set the main
switch to “ON”
and then check
the blinking of
the fault code.

Wire harness ECU coupler
Check the couplers for any pins that may have
pulled out.
Check the locking condition of the couplers.
If there is a malfunction, repair/replace it and con-
nect the coupler securely.

Continuity of wire harness. Open or short circuit

Replace the wire harness.
Between oil pressure sensor and ECU coupler.
Black/Blue – Black/Blue
Yellow/Black – Yellow/Black
Blue – Blue
4 Defective oil pressure sensor. Replace if defective.
5 ECU malfunction Replace the ECU.
