Mixing Mode
The settings of the tone generator block for Song/Pattern playback are collectively referred to as a Mixing. The Mixing
mode lets you change the Voice and effect settings for each Part. This section explains each parameter in four types
(Mixing Play, Mixing Edit, Mixing Job, and Mixing Voice Edit). Keep in mind that Pattern Mixing parameters are not
actually part of the Pattern sequence data in each Track, but rather are settings for the tone generator, as it is played
back by the Pattern data. As such, the Mixing parameter settings are not recorded to the Song/Pattern Tracks.
NOTICE
The settings in Mixing Play/Mixing Edit are stored as part of Song/Pattern data.
NOTE
Parameter settings in Mixing Play and Mixing Edit can be stored as a template to internal Flash ROM, as well as being stored as
part of a Song/Pattern. For details, see
