22. SOFT SWITCH
This menu is used to write the destination to the back-up IC (EEPROM: IC222 on DIGITAL P.C.B.).
When the following parts are replaced, the destination MUST be written by using this menu to have proper operation.

To write the destination, first switch to the destination write mode by using the “22-1. SWITCH MODE” menu and then
select desired destination by using the “22-3. DESTINATION” menu.
Note:
After writing of the destination is completed, be sure to change to “22 SW :PCB”.
22-1. SWITCH MODE
Pressing the “STRAIGHT” key will change the display alternately as shown below. When “22 SW :MODEL” is
displayed, this unit is in the destination write mode.

Not for service.
22-3. DESTINATION
Press the “STRAIGHT” key repeatedly to select desired destination. Then the selected destination is written
automatically.
