8. Panel Assembly
8-1 Remove the speaker grille assembly and the top board
(small) assembly. (See Procedure 1.)
8-2 Remove the key cover assembly (See Procedure 7.)
8-3 Remove the four (4) screws marked [88] and the two
(2) screws marked [86]. The panel assembly can then
be removed. (Figs. 2, 7)
9. MV Circuit Board
9-1 Remove the speaker grille assembly and the top board
(small) assembly. (See Procedure 1.)
9-2 Remove the key cover assembly. (See Procedure 7.)
9-3 Remove the panel assembly. (See Procedure 8.)
9-4 Remove the three (3) screws marked [220A]. The MV
circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 7)
10. PNL Circuit Board
10-1 Remove the speaker grille assembly and the top board
(small) assembly (See Procedure 1.)
10-2 Remove the key cover assembly. (See Procedure 7.)
10-3 Remove the panel assembly. (See Procedure 8.)
10-4 Remove the twelve (12) screws marked [220B]. The
PNL circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 7)
11. PNR Circuit Board
11-1 Remove the speaker grille assembly and the top board
(small) assembly. (See Procedure 1.)
11-2 Remove the key cover assembly. (See Procedure 7.)
11-3 Remove the panel assembly. (See Procedure 8.)
11-4 Remove the nine (9) screws marked [220C]. The PNR
circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 7)
12. END BLOCK Assembly (Left & Right)
12-1 Remove the speaker grille assembly and the top board
(small) assembly. (See Procedure 1.)
12-2 Remove the key cover assembly. (See Procedure 7.)
12-3 Remove the panel assembly. (See Procedure 8.)
12-4 Remove the one (1) screw marked [86] and then the
end block assembly. (Figs. 2, 8)
* The left and right end block assemblies can be likewise
removed.
13. POWER SWITCH
13-1 Remove the speaker grille assembly and the top board
(small) assembly. (See Procedure 1.)
13-2 Remove the key cover assembly. (See Procedure 7.)
13-3 Remove the panel assembly. (See Procedure 8.)
13-3 Remove the end block assembly (Right).
(See Procedure 12.)
13-4 Remove the two (2) screws marked [30]. The power
switch can then be removed. (Fig. 8)
