• Loop strap through
HullRaiser.
• Bring straps up and
over until they hang
in front of the boat.
• Slide buckle up
until it hangs at top
edge of boat.
• Thread end of strap
around tower or
crossbar.
• Press open buckle.
• Insert end of strap.

and pull.
