Remove the Right side
end-cap with a Phillips
screwdriver.
•
Align the holes
•
hold the cap in place
and insert the pin.
•
Attach the "e" clip.
insert the cable end
completely into the arm.

Attach lock to pin.
•
Wrap cable around
last bike's frame.
