POWER
] key for two seconds to turn the transceiver on.

Rotates the [
VOL
] knob to adjust the audio volume level.

Adjusts the squelch throshold level: rotates the [
DIAL
] knob after pressing the [
SQL
]
key.

Press the [
DIAL
] knob briefly to set the “Main” band.

Press the [
B
] key to select the operating band of the “Main” band.

Rotate the [
DIAL
] knob to select the operating frequency.

Speak into the microphone in a normal voice level while pressing the [
PTT
] key.

Press and hold the [
POWER
] key for two seconds to turn the transceiver off.
