a.Brake pads replacement
For the brake pad replacement, the caliper and brake
line may not be decomposed.
1.Check
●Caliper
Do not grasp the brake handle when the caliper leaves
the disc brake disc.
2.Remove
●Brake guide pin bolt

3.If any of the more brake pads exceeds the wear limit,
replace the entire set of brake pads.

Front wheel out of roundness limit：
longitudina:l1.0mm
horizontal:1.0mm
Installation :takes place in reverse order of removal.
●Disassemble the dustproof oil seal①
●Disassemble the piston oil seal②
When disassembling, the oil seal can be pushed
and removed by finger.

Recommended brake fluid
specification: DOT4

Wear prompt groove
• Do not break up parts unless it is really
needed.
• Do not use solvent on brake internal parts.
• Do not clean with contaminated brake
fluid.
• Do not use brake solvents containing other
substances.
• Do not keep the brake fluid in contact with
the eyes to avoid eye injury.
• Do not disassemble any hydraulic system
joints and line.
• Otherwise, the whole brake system must
be decomposed, leaked, cleaned and
loaded.
• With appropriate brake fluid, and the air be
vented after the assembly.
• Do not use solvent on brake internal parts.
b.Decomposition Of Caliper
Before Decomposing The Caliper, Remove The Brake
Fluid In The Master Cylinder, Oil Line And Caliper, And
Remove The Oil Line.
●Disassemble the caliper piston
Disassembly method
●Blow the oil hole with compressed air so that the
piston is forced out by air pressure.
Do not attempt to remove the piston with tools
or other means.Cover the piston with a piece
of cloth and do not damage the piston when
blown out.
• Do not disassemble with sharp tools.
• The oil seal needs to be installed with new
products after disassembly.
• All parts in the brake system can only be
cleaned with clean brake fluid.
• When installing internal parts, apply
brake fluid lubrication.
• After caliper decomposition, a new oil line
seal ring, piston dustproof oil seal and
piston seal oil seal shall be used.
