Problem Possible Causes and Solutions
The treatment window is not in full contact with the skin. Have the treatment window come into firm contact with the skin.
Flash pulses are bright
This is the sound of the fan operating. This is not a malfunction or failure of the device. There is a buzzing sound.
Press the POWER/LEVEL button to lower the level (page 20).
There is excessive hair. Make sure to get rid of excess hair with a handheld shaver or razor.
Review the areas on which use of the device is prohibited (page 16).
The flash pulse feels hot or painful.
Your skin has entered the treatment window. Do not press your skin strongly.
Please wear sunglasses.
