Care + Storage
The granite socket requires no mainte-
nance. You can remove any dirt with a
small amount of warm soapy solution.
Check all screw connections (wheels,
handle) regularly for secure placement
and tighten them if necessary.
When not in use, stow the granite socket
with the rolling system in a dry area e.g.
over winter.
Warranty
The warranty period for this product
amounts to 24 months.
Should you identify a defect during this
time, please contact your vendor. To en-
able us to help you as quickly as possi-
ble, please retain the sales receipt and
tell us the model name and item number.
Granite is a natural product whose colour
may vary and whose surface may exhib-
it irregularities.
Differences in the structure and colour
between the parts of a delivery or com-
pared to other granite slabs from the
same material are reserved to the ex-
tent they are attributed to the nature of
the materials used and customary in the
trade.
Such circumstances do not constitute
defects and do not entitle customers to
assert warranty claims.
The warranty does not cover the follow-
ing:
– Changes and/or weathering of the
surface. This is normal wear and can-
not be prevented or reduced.
– Damages due to improper use (e.g.
commercial use).
– Damages due to structural changes to
the product.
