Scope
The ICAM Commissioning Guide outlines the commissioning process for the ICAM system. It will guide you
through the commission process and the completion of commissioning documentation. The guide also
provides information on the approval and handover of commissioned ICAM systems.
The Commissioning Guide helps with the commissioning and management of the ICAM system.
This guide assumes that you have attended accredited ICAM training on commissioning and are
knowledgeable about the ICAM product range. This guide also assumes that you have an understanding of
the various aspects of an aspirating smoke detection system and are fully aware of the local codes and
standards.
To commission the ICAM system you must have the necessary certification issued by Xtralis or an
authorized distributor. Commissioning before you receive the appropriate training may void the warranty.
