The hoist shall not be left unattended when operated.
It is necessary to check the anchoring and bearing capacity of the carrier
construction prior to operating, perfect functionality of all parts, bolt tightening,
safety switch functionality, end-switch power cord and controller power cord,
rope condition, perfect status of the ratchets preventing an unintentional hook
and weight element disconnection (rope, rings, transport loops etc.)
Check the rope wear prior to any operation. In any sign of wear, replace the
rope for a new one. Any rope modification is prohibited (shortening,
extending, repairing). Original spare ropes are allowed to be used only.
In case of any functionality problems, contact the authorized supplier and
apply a claim. Do not repair or adjust the tool on your own. The warranty
expires in case of any construction interference.
The hoist engine is not equipped with a motor circuit breaker. The engine
shall not be forced. Pay attention to the maximal load capacity.
The tool shall be operated from such a place that allows an immediate action
in case of a danger.
Make sure the rope is rolled on the drum at least three times prior to the
operation.
The construction or wiring intervention not allowed.
Always check the proper drum rope rolling.
Do not use a duct tape or other equipment to connecting the power cord to
the extension power cord. Always use the authorized extension power cords
only. Never use unprotected conductors.
Make sure the voltage level of the power supply suits the values stated on the
type label of the hoist engine.
Do not pull the plug from a socket by the cord.
When using an extension cord, make sure the respective cord, including the
plug and socket, matches the values stated for the electric hoist power
consumption.
