TROUBLESHOOTING
I.
Engineering Mode
Remove the safety key and reinsert it after pressing the START AND FAST buttons together
to enter the engineer mode. Enter the software version is displayed, press ENTER key to
enter the engineer mode. Press the ENTER button once to select km or miles, roller diameter
(60), speed (0.5mph to 12mph) and incline (12). Press FAST button or SLOW button to
change the value. After pressing the Enter button 6 times total (from beginning of procedure
to end), press the START button to finish. Get off the treadmill and the treadmill begins to
calibrate itself and will leave the engineering mode when the operation is completed.
II.
What to do when error occurs
1.
ERROR1:
Missing speed signal
To clear:
Check and make sure that speed signal connector is properly connected.
2.
ERROR2:
Overloaded
To clear:
Resume power to the controller to clear the error message.
3.
ERROR3:
Incline motor error
To clear:
Check and make sure that the incline motor cable is properly connected and
resume power to clear error message.
4.
ERROR4:
Motor error
To clear:
Check and make sure that motor cable is well connected and the power is stable.
Resume power to clear error message.
5.
ERROR5:
communication disconnection
To clear:
Check and make sure that cable connections are proper.
6.
ERROR6:
Insufficient of power
To clear:
Check if voltage is too low or power transistor has been damaged. Replace
power transistor if necessary.
