Tension the wire with the help of the ratchet lever. The wire excess is kept untensioned and can
be simply fixed to the post. If the mobile hook has reached the end of its travel and the wire
requires additional tensioning, read and obey the section “Repositioning the mobile hook.”
Linking existing fence wires
